Clay is a fickle friend. I am at once seduced and heartbroken by this medium. I receive joy and grief in equal measure. In one moment I can be soaring on the high of turning a lump of mud into a beautiful form but in the next moment it could collapse and I am reminded not to get too cocky! Clay has a memory and it yearns to reunite with its source, whether I am done with it or not! Life is what happens while we are making other plans.
But it has the most remarkable quality of centring me as I centre it.

CEREMONIAL URNS
These ceramic lidded urns are for ceremonial purposes and adaptable to your individual needs.
For some this means storing or burying the ashes or a treasured keepsake of a loved one or pet.
For others it could be for submitting ones commitments, aspirations and wishes to the universe by committing them to the earth, fire or sea. Written thoughts could be either kept or burned inside.
The lids can be glued on or fixed on with a threaded rod and nuts. Personalised plaques can be glued to the surface or hung around the neck of the vessel. They can be unglazed or glazed. Personal messages can be written on them.
The urns are also available in an unfired form for ceremonies where the restoration to oneness with nature is desired.
